There are 2 steel backed eyelets & cotton drawstring.
You can also get these with an elastic waistband. Just put that you want elastic in the comments box upon checkout. Otherwise they will be made with drawstring.
As with all my items , I use the best thread money can buy and I serge and top stitch all seams for max durability.
Please wash these warm on the delicate cycle.
